1. Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of TRIBHAV Hotels & Resorts services operated by Ring Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. By making a reservation or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Booking Policy

                Check-in & Check-out Times
                Check-in time: 13:00 Hrs (1:00 PM)
Check-out time: 11:00 Hrs (11:00 AM)
Early Check-in and Late Check-out are subject to room availability and may be chargeable

            

Identification Requirements

Government-issued valid ID is mandatory at the time of Check-in
Foreign nationals must present passport and valid visa
All guests must be registered at check-in

Payment Terms

Payment must be cleared at Hotel at time of Check-in
We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards
Additional charges may apply for services and amenities
All rates are subject to applicable taxes

3. Hotel Policies

Smoking Policy

Smoking in public areas is prohibited. Designated smoking areas are available. Violation may result in cleaning charges.

Additional Services

Heater(s) will be charged as per policy of the respective hotel
Extra bed charges apply for additional occupancy
Room service charges may apply
Laundry and other services are chargeable

Guest Conduct

Guests must conduct themselves in a respectful manner
Loud music or disturbances are not permitted
Damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest
Outside food and beverages may be restricted

4. Liability and Responsibilities

Hotel Liability

The hotel is not responsible for loss of personal belongings
Valuables should be deposited in hotel safe deposit boxes
Hotel liability is limited to the extent permitted by law
We are not liable for Acts of God or circumstances beyond our control

Force Majeure

If any last-minute change in check-in occurs due to sudden weather change or any other natural calamity, strikes, agitation, etc., which are beyond our control, will be taken care of by the client, and full retention charges will be applicable.

5. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
