1. Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your stay and use of services at TRIBHAV Hotels & Resorts, operated by Ring Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. By making a reservation or utilizing our amenities, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.

2. Arrival & Departure Policy

Check-in & Check-out Protocol

  • Check-in Time: 13:00 Hrs (1:00 PM IST)
  • Check-out Time: 11:00 Hrs (11:00 AM IST)
  • Early arrivals and late departures are subject to suite availability and may incur additional charges.

Mandatory Identification

In accordance with government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests to present valid Government Authorized Identification upon arrival.

  • Indian Nationals: Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID, or Passport.
  • Foreign Nationals: Valid Passport and Visa.
  • All guests occupying the room must be registered at the front desk during check-in.

Payment & Settlement

  • Full settlement of the reservation amount is required at the time of Check-in.
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
  • Incidentals and additional services will be billed separately and are subject to applicable taxes.

3. Hotel Policies & Guest Responsibility

Parking & Valet

Complimentary parking is available for guests on the premises. However, please be advised that vehicles are parked entirely at the owner's risk. The management assumes no liability for theft, loss of items, or any damage to vehicles while on the property.

Room Inventory & Damages

We take pride in our curated interiors. Guests are responsible for the care of the room and its amenities during their stay.

  • Any existing damage to the room or its contents must be reported to the Management Team immediately upon check-in.
  • If unreported, the guest will be held liable for any damages or missing items identified during or after their stay.
  • Costs for repair or replacement will be charged to the guest's account prior to departure.

General Conduct

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in guest rooms and public areas, except in designated smoking zones.
  • Guests are expected to maintain a respectful demeanor. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in eviction without refund.
  • Outside food and beverages are generally not permitted within the premises.

5. Liability Disclaimer

Valuables & Safety

  • The hotel management is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables left in the room. Please utilize the in-room electronic safe for your valuables.
  • Hotel liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable laws.

Force Majeure

TRIBHAV Hotels & Resorts shall not be held liable for failure to deliver services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to Acts of God, natural calamities, strikes, political unrest, or sudden weather changes. In such events, standard retention charges may apply.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is paramount. We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy to ensure your information is collected, used, and protected securely.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
