1. Overview

This Cancellation Policy applies to all reservations made with TRIBHAV Hotels & Resorts, operated by Ring Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. Please read this policy carefully before making your reservation.

2. Cancellation Terms

3. How to Cancel

Cancellation Process

  • Contact our Reservation Manager at +91 98-5221-5221
  • Email your cancellation request to info@tribhav.com
  • Provide your booking reference number and guest details
  • Cancellation must be received during business hours

Required Information

  • Booking confirmation number
  • Guest name as per reservation
  • Check-in and check-out dates
  • Reason for cancellation (optional)

4. Refund Processing

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Bank processing time may vary (3-5 additional business days)
  • Refund confirmation will be sent via email

5. Force Majeure & Special Circumstances

Weather & Natural Calamities

If any last-minute change in check-in occurs due to sudden weather change or any other natural calamity and/or strikes, agitation, etc., which are beyond our control, will be taken care of by the client, and full retention charges will be applicable.

  • Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, landslides)
  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Government-imposed restrictions
  • Strikes, bandhs, and civil unrest
  • Road blockages beyond hotel control

6. Modification Policy

Date Changes

  • Date modifications are subject to availability
  • Rate differences may apply for new dates
  • Modification requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance
  • Peak season changes may incur additional charges

Guest Details Changes

  • Name changes are allowed up to 24 hours before check-in
  • Additional guest charges may apply
  • ID verification required for all changes

7. Group Bookings

Special cancellation terms apply to group bookings (10+ rooms). Group bookings require separate agreements with customized cancellation policies. Please contact our reservations team for group booking terms.

8. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may affect your travel plans. Travel insurance may cover cancellation fees under certain conditions.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding cancellations will be handled according to our Terms & Conditions. We strive to resolve all issues amicably and fairly.
